This can be used for anything
you're registering for.
Current early registration
discount ends May 15.
Payments must be mailed
(postmarked), by May 15.
We don't have to receive it by
May 15.
Please note: You
are registering by postal mail - you do NOT have to do register
online.
If you're
registering for 15 or more online class semesters, you can deduct an additional 10%
from your payment.
If you'd like to pay on an installment payment plan,
please follow these instructions
exactly as listed.. thanks:
- Payment may be divided into
six equal installments.
- Mail six checks (all at once), one dated for now and the
other five post-dated for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 months from now. They will be deposited on the date listed on the
check.
Also in the envelope, on a standard
8.5 x 11 sheet of paper please include
in this order (please type or print very clearly):
1. Student's
name and email address (if no student email address, please
include a second parent email address)
2. Parent's name and email address
3. Name of class(es), camp(s), trips, etc. - please be specific (example: Math 101)
4. Section of class(es) (example: section 1)
5, If it's a one semester class, indicate "Fall" or "Spring"
and year
6. complete
mailing address: street address or P.O. box, town, state, zip code
7. telephone number.
Your Envelope Should Include:
1. Six checks
2. A piece of standard 8.5 x 11 paper with all of your
information as listed above. Please
type or print very clearly.
